Stop reacting and start responding”
Many times in life we are not in control of what the other person does to us, he may say something or do something that irritates us and we instantly react to it.
when we react in this manner our stress levels increase, frequent and contentious stress eventually leads to imbalance and disease. between the stimulus and a reaction, there is a choice which we can make so if we choose to respond rather than react we will be less stressed and more healthy.
The recent example of this was M.S.Dhoni during the match against Sri Lanka when the spectators chose to react and throw bottles on the field Mr cool just lay down on the ground and took a nap. As if to say do what you want I am not going to lose my cool.
So let’s make a choice to RESPOND and not REACT
