It is very essential to manage your stress levels through exercise, meditation,yoga.
Nutritional corrections- avoid refined sugar, avoid processed food
Make sure you are eating a minimum of 5 portions of fruit and vegetables daily so that you are getting plenty of antioxidants in your diet—antioxidants support the immune system.
If you have to eat non vegetarian food then choose fish over all the other things, as fish are rich in omega 3 and this is an anti-inflammatory substance.
