What I see in practice most patients are not suffering only from pathology they are suffering from constant anticipation emotional reactivity fear of outcomes and attachment to results
In simple terms their system is in a kama kami state continuously chasing or resisting something
What happens physiologically when you are in such a state ?
When the mind keeps reacting the sympathetic nervous system stays activated cortisol remains elevated hormonal rhythm gets disturbed and gut sleep and immunity all get affected
This is where disease patterns sustain or recur
Remember , your body heals better when your mind behaves like the ocean not like the waves
Your life will continue to bring stress expectations emotional triggers and uncertainty
But healing depends on how your system responds not on removing all triggers
Right now your body is not just dealing with physical symptoms it is also dealing with constant internal reactions
Every time something happens the system reacts strongly and that keeps the body in a stress mode
Healing begins when you do not react to everything immediately
Like the ocean many rivers will enter but the ocean remains steady
Overthinking increases anxiety increases symptoms amplify recovery slows
When you move toward ocean state your nervous system settles hormonal balance improves sleep improves healing response becomes stronger
Practical daily tool –
Whenever something triggers you pause and ask can I allow this without reacting immediately can I stay steady for a few moments
Even 5 to 10 seconds of non reaction reduces stress chemistry changes neural response and gradually retrains the system
We are not trying to remove everything from your life
We are helping your system become steady enough to handle everything
Peace is not when life becomes calm
Peace is when your system remains calm within life

Have you ever noticed how your body reacts when your mind is constantly thinking worrying or expecting something
Many times what we call a health problem is not just physical
It is the body responding to continuous internal reactions
There is a beautiful idea from the Bhagavad Gita.
आपूर्यमाणमचलप्रतिष्ठं समुद्रमापः प्रविशन्ति यद्वत् ।
तद्वत्कामा यं प्रविशन्ति सर्वे स शान्तिमाप्नोति न कामकामी ॥āpūryamāṇam acala-pratiṣṭhaṁ samudram āpaḥ praviśanti yadvat tadvat kāmā yaṁ praviśanti sarve sa śāntim āpnoti na kāma-kāmī
It says just like the ocean remains full and steady even when many rivers flow into it
a person who remains steady within attains peace
In simple words
life will continue to bring situations emotions expectations and uncertainties
But your healing does not depend on removing all of this
it depends on how your system responds
Right now if your mind reacts to everything immediately
your body stays in a stress mode
and that affects sleep digestion hormones and overall healing
But if you can pause even for a few seconds
and not react immediately
something very important begins to change
Your system starts settling
your body shifts from stress mode to healing mode
So next time something triggers you
just pause and ask yourself
can I stay steady for a few moments
You do not have to suppress anything
you do not have to control everything
you just have to stop reacting immediately
Healing does not begin when life becomes perfect
healing begins when your system becomes steady
Peace is not when life becomes calm
peace is when you remain calm within life
Warm regards
Dr Abhay
