I have been married for 7 years. We were trying to conceive for last 2-3 years.
My amh (number of eggs in ovaries) in 2022 was 0.3 when i ran basic tests to plan for pregnancy.
I was told by my gynecologist that I might need donor eggs to conceive, which was really hard for me to accept. Along with low fertility, I also had gut sensitivity and issues with insulin levels. In December 2023, I joined Luke’s fertility program and was introduced to Dr. Abhay, a homeopathy doctor, through their program.
At that time, my AMH was as low as 0.1. But after working on my gut health, insulin sensitivity, and following Dr. Abhay’s treatment, my AMH improved to 0.6 by March 2024. I then conceived naturally after two failed IUI attempts.
Dr. Abhay and Kruti, the nutritionist, have been amazing throughout my entire journey—before, during, and after pregnancy. Thanks to their support, my pregnancy went smoothly, and I didn’t experience many symptoms.
In the 7th month, I had contractions and my baby was positioned very low, risking premature birth. However, with the combined help of God, my gynecologist, Dr. Abhay, and Kruti, I managed to carry the pregnancy to full term and delivered a healthy baby.
